Standard channel letter fabrication takes 2 to 3 weeks once scale design proofs and city sign permits are approved.

Do you install in my area?

Yes. Our 40-foot crane boom truck regularly services Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond, Surrey, Langley, White Rock, and the North Shore.

Do I need a city sign permit?

Almost all exterior illuminated commercial signs in Metro Vancouver require a municipal sign permit. We manage the entire permit drawing and submission process.

Can the sign be illuminated?

Yes. We offer front-lit, halo-lit reverse glow, and combination lighting with CSA/UL certified Samsung LED modules.

What logo file should I send?

Vector files are best (AI, EPS, SVG, or vector PDF). If you only have a raster JPG or PNG, our design team can vectorize it for production.

What is covered under warranty?

We provide a 1-year limited fabrication and installation warranty, plus a 5-year manufacturer warranty on LED modules and power supplies.
